In this digital age, where digital snapshots and the technology to alter and play with them are so common that we take them for granted, a certain ethic emerges where one feels the need to disclose when a picture is doctored. You will for example get quite a backlash on flickr if you try to pass off photoshopped photos as un-photoshopped photos. Then on the other hand, when you bring them far enough away from reality as this one - you don't even need to mention it.
